Yes, you can change your cleaner any time you wish

Do I get to meet with my cleaner?

Yes, you'll have the opportunity to meet with your cleaner before cleaning commences

How will my cleaner know how I want things done?

We'll have provided you with a laminated task sheet and all you need to do is tick off the jobs that you want done (and when) and give the sheet to your cleaner when you meet

What happens if my cleaner needs to take time off?

If it suits you your cleaner will offer to make the hours up... if not let us know and we'll endeavour to find you a temporary cleaner as soon as possible

Will my cleaner use my cleaning equipment and cleaning materials

Yes, your cleaner will use your cleaning equipment and cleaning materials... we find our clients prefer this

Will my cleaner have been vetted?

Yes, your cleaner will have passed our vigorous vetting process and will be fully reference and ID checked
